Mission impossible

These days I’m busy working on my thesis, searching for relevant articles,
translating, and so on. In general my theses is about “Rule of Law” you can just
Google the word “rule of law” and come to know how important it can be for a
country that is a part of international world, so the more deeper I got in to it the more
it made me feel down. Because the result of comparing these articles with what was
happening in my country was just unfair and I just tried to be hope full until today,
reading the following article made me really sad and I was still and staring at the
monitor with questions remaining in my mind:
“An independent, impartial judiciary; the presumption of innocence; the right to a fair And public trial without undue delay; a rational and proportionate approach to Punishment; a strong and independent legal profession; strict protection of Confidential communications between lawyer and client; equality of all before the Law; these are all fundamental principles of the Rule of Law. Accordingly, arbitrary Arrests; secret trials; indefinite detention without trial; cruel or degrading treatment or Punishment; intimidation or corruption in the electoral process; are all unacceptable.”
As what I have learned” Democracy, Rule of law, and Human right”
are basically in touch together just like a chain , so a country that call itself
democratic is a country that respect rule of law and human rights and there is equality of all before the law. What else could I say….
